Each TrickyBuilds home is constructed off-site in our controlled Auckland yard, ensuring consistent quality and shorter build times.
Once your design is approved, construction begins at our Auckland off-site yard.
We use quality NZ-made materials, licensed builders, and rigorous quality control to ensure your home is strong, warm, and built to last.

You’ll receive weekly progress updates, site photos, and complete transparency from framing to finishes.

When it’s time to deliver, our transport team handles every detail, from piling or skid setup to utility connections.
